By partnering with local and international organizations, we offer scholarships, mentorship programs, and technical training, preparing young people for the rapidly changing job market.

2 - Employment

In a continent with high youth unemployment, the Emolot Foundation seeks to bridge the gap between education and the labor market. We work with governments, businesses, and international organizations to create job opportunities and ensure youth are equipped with the skills employers need.

3 - Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for economic empowerment. The Emolot Foundation nurtures entrepreneurial mindsets among youth by providing the necessary resources and networks to turn ideas into thriving businesses. We foster innovation and creativity while supporting startups that address local and continental challenges. We aim to nurture over 100,000 youth-led start-ups across Africa.

4 - Engagement

We amplify youth voices by fostering civic engagement, leadership development, and policy advocacy. Our initiatives encourage youth to participate in governance, peacebuilding, and social transformation, ensuring they are active contributors to Africa’s future.
